Slow Food Chicago offers a comprehensive list of local meat and poultry producers; Mint Creek Farm is said to still be taking orders. Clear the fridge. Last year, Sheila (market seller, CSA delivery driver and a creative cook in her spare time) prepared some ideas for using up odds and ends from previous CSA boxes to clear your fridge and make room for holiday fare.

Indoor Markets. We've updated our Event Calendar to let you know where to find us at indoor winter farmers' markets. Find us this weekend in Evanston, Washington Park, Hyde Park/Woodlawn, Bucktown, Logan Square, and, of course, at Green City Market. We'll also be at Green City's Thanksgiving market on Wednesday.
