Dear Pope John XXIII Community:

The reconstituted Board began holding regularly scheduled meetings soon after being installed in October. Attached are minutes describing the activities of the Board during these meetings.   The minutes provide more information on the considerable work completed through the established committees (Development, Buildings & Grounds, and Finance) to address immediate needs, as well as defining the roles, goals and objectives of each committee. We plan to continue sharing such reports with the community and periodically conducting meetings that are open to the community. 

Although considerable progress has been made, this is an ongoing effort and much more is planned to be accomplished through the committees during the coming years.  Now that we have a established our major goals and a basic framework, we would like to begin reaching out to community members interested in contributing to these efforts.
