Today, there are many personal and professional assessment tools available to coaches, HR professionals, and those in Training & Development and Leadership Development.  Source Point Training is always looking for the most advanced coaching tools that will enhance the opportunity to work with our clients to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships with others.  In 2014, we became Emergenetics Certified Associates because we feel it is one of the most insightful, measurable and proven ways to recognize and apply thinking and behavior patterns people use regularly.

On a practical level, the Emergenetics Profile represents a clear framework of seven easily recognizable and useful factors that apply to work, communication, and interpersonal relationships.  These include 4 Thinking Attributes and 3 Behavior Attributes:

The Emergenetics Profile reveals each person's brilliance in the way they prefer to think and behave, separately.  And with a better understanding, they can build interpersonal strategies and utilize all the resources on a team most successfully.

The strength of the Emergenetics Profile lies not only in its statistical reliability and validity, but also on how it provides powerful insights into individuals and teams without judging or labeling.

Source Point Training is conducting 
Meeting of the Minds Workshops (MOTM)
to introduce the value of the Emergenetics assessment tool.


This is a 1-day fun interactive workshop where people get to see themselves and be able to better understand their natural thinking and behaving preferences.

Each person learns their natural thinking preferences - the way in which they express themselves and how they relate with other thinking preferences.

Each person learns their behavior preferences - the way in which they respond and interact with others.

People will learn why some tasks/experiences/ environments thoroughly drained them and others thoroughly energized them. 

Through interactive processes and games in MOTM, each person will experience their brilliance and how they naturally contribute from their preferred attributes. 
 
While there are some similarities to other assessment tools, there are significant deeper insights that come from the science behind the Emergenetics Profile. Teams discover how to communicate and work more effectively by harnessing diverse perspectives.  Companies around the world have used Meeting of the Minds to experience a multifaceted approach for building knowledge, fostering understanding and bolstering organizational capacity.
