Statistics say that more than half of all new businesses fail within the first 5 years. We are so grateful to be beating that statistic! However, we are certain that no one is surprised that, based on who we are ~ that we beat the odds!

I want to thank my buddy and partner, Lou, for all that she has done to consistently be a champion for Source Point Training and for me most of all.  She always believed in what we were up to and never doubted our success and possibilities.  I want to thank my buddy and partner, Barbara, for the vision, determination, dedication and practices that have moved our company forward.  She absolutely embodies "If it's to be, it's up to me!"  Of course there have been challenges, but we followed our principles and continued to look at opportunities to keep going.  Only the two of us at our age would have believed we could make this work at the beginning of the worse recession of all time. And of course, we have always been a commitment to stretching!

This month, we celebrate having achieved our vision of providing our trainings all over the world.  Lou continues to work in Mexico with LeadLife in the brilliant transformation work she loves and we have completed 2 Coach Certification programs there with more planned for 2015.  Barbara and Ginny have spent a great deal of time in partnership with InVision Asia in support of their vision to bring higher levels of professionalism and growth to their organization.

Ginny, Kelly and Barbara have worked to bring our recognized Leadership Coaching program to many US corporations these last 5 years and we are so blessed to have an amazing group of Professional Leadership Coaches who provide outstanding coaching to each person they support.  I want to thank them for the work that they have done to support the people we serve and for being a part of the Source Point Team. 

We continue to train and certify Professional Performance Coaches in the US so that they bring the valuable service of coaching to people in all areas of life.

This year, both Ginny and Barbara became Emergenetics Associates and will be offering a Meeting of the Minds Workshop (MOTM) in 2015 to introduce people to this behavior and personal attribute assessment tool that helps everyone understand their natural brilliance. 

Thanks to Scott Simpson who works his mastery behind the scenes to keep our web site fresh and my niece Chelsea Withrow for her gift of social media marketing to keep our messages interesting with frequent updates about what we are doing in the world. 

Thanks to all of you for your encouragement and support over the last 5 years - and we believe the future will be even brighter as we move forward with so many new opportunities - we would not be here without you!
