It's a small world after all! InVision Asia's Executive team traveled to Healdsburg, CA for an executive retreat, spending four days working with Barbara Fagan and Ginny Carter, to develop a plan to introduce Source Point Training's coach certification model as a key ingredient to their newly launched Asia Coaching and Mentoring Academy (ACME).
Chris Lam, President and Founder of InVision, has spent the last 12 years building his training company in mainland China. His vision to create a learning environment for the next generation of leaders, coaches and facilitators of change in the world is something that Source Point Training aligns with greatly. After meeting back in May, Barbara and Chris aligned both philosophically and professionally on the possibilities of this venture.

Chris is now completing his coach training at Cambridge in England. I am inspired by Chris and his vision and passion for what he intends to create in China. He is not satisfied with the status quo and is committed to continue to raise the bar on what he offers people of his country for personal and professional growth. Meeting each member of his executive team 2 weeks ago re-confirmed my belief that he will create something superior at a higher level of learning.
Many people who have graduated from the InVision Trainings are inspired to become a coach or facilitator of change. Chris sees this as a path they can take to get the truly professional foundational training essential to become masterful coaches and facilitators.

At this stage of my career it is truly fulfilling to be transferring this knowledge to an organization of professionals who will share it in a way that will impact many people in the years ahead. I will be spending the next 2 years working with Chris and his team to accomplish that.
