 We are about to wrap up the Las Vegas session of Leadership Source, and it's been an amazing group of people to work with who have achieved over-the-top results! I have also had the extreme honor to work with two of our many exquisite Leadership Coaches, Diana Navratil and Karen Millerwise, who have been 100% committed to these leaders and have passionately coached them to their results. I want to share with you some of the incredible accomplishments that not only did we observe in them, but we witnessed what they realized in themselves!

Here are some tips to improve your listening:
- Resist external distractions - concentrate on concentrating so that noises don't distract your ability to listen.
- Hold your rebuttal - watch out for "hot buttons", don't let emotion-laden words throw you. Begin to recognize words where you stop
 listening and form rebuttals before the person speaking has finished speaking. - Keep an open mind - Ask questions to clarify for understanding. Give the speaker more rather than less attention.
- Work at listening - efficient listening takes energy - practice makes it easier.
- Practice regularly - listening to difficult or unfamiliar material that challenges your mental capacities and forces you to concentrate to obtain information.
