Fundamentals and Mastery of Performance Coaching continue to be one of Source Point Training's premier programs.   

This year Barbara will join Lou in Mexico City in working with LeadLife to deliver our first bi-lingual Coach Certification Training. Coaching is seen around the world as one of the fastest growing professions in the value that it creates for people to create the life they want.

Starting March 14-17, you will step into a community of professionals who are dedicated to working with clients in many fields, counseling and coaching them on creating powerful relationships. Lou and Barbara working together as "Class and Sass" in facilitating 4 intensive days of relationship coaching, model all the elements of a relationship.  You will laugh, you will cry and you will relate to what it means to have deeply connected relationships - including the one you have with yourself. This training is for professionals in the fields of counseling, nursing, health services, ministry, and of course coaching. Family Coaching - For years, Barbara and Lou have been known to coach families on ways to be healthy and happy together through honest communication, clear values and quality family time with purpose and vision. They have assisted thousands of families to take on new attitudes and behaviors that will bring them closer together.  Today, we are fortunate to have coaches who want to specialize in family coaching. We recognize the time with our family is short and our kids grow up so fast, which is why being coached to have family connections is so powerful. Our Certified Family Coach Training gives coaches the tools to effectively coach families - including the children - to work together to have a family connection that supports and honors each member of the family.
