Lou started the year by breaking her foot by stepping off the edge of her deck while potty training her puppy - Mercedes! Some people say "break a leg" as a way to say good luck - Lou didn't take it that far but did break her foot just before leaving for San Jose to work with Barbara and the leadership team at FIRST 5 Santa Clara County. Of course we would all have loved to have been a fly on the wall while she tried enrolling the ER physicians into delaying her emergy foot surgery as she had a plane to catch bright and early in the morning! Nice try Lou! She has since created a whole new relationship with her foot and now sees a Foot Zone Therapist who works miracles on a regular basis.
Coach's Comedy Club took on a whole new perspective this year when as part of the June graduation of Certified Professional Performance Coaches, the Faculty got together and shared Coaches Cab Ride Confessions . . . However, what goes on in the cab - stays in the cab!!

Kelly Mobeck is flying solo delivering our powerful Leadership Source Training and completed 5 this year creating a new group of leaders in service. Some of the projects these leadership teams took on where:
- Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego - hundreds of toys donated to their "No-Stick" playrooms
- 180 Hug Bags for the Rescue Mission in Las Vegas
- Beach Cleanup to support Clean the Bay efforts in Los Angeles
- Tumbleweeds in Phoenix - provided clean-up/ renovation support to those at Tumbelweed that serve the youth in their community
All of these leaders came together with clear purpose as human beings experiencing compassion and love, leaving a legacy by contributing to a cleaner planet, to youth and young adults and people wanting to regain purpose in their lives.
Kelly has loved traveling with Barbara through the year - they have had the privilege of crashing many parties at the hotels they frequent and have made many new friends. Someday Kelly will share her "One Woman Show" - a tribute to her travels with Barbara. Stay tuned!!
In addition to setting the direction for SPT and all that it entails, Barbara still found time to host her annual Fagan Family Farm Thanksgiving with just a few of her family and friends. This year the grilled Turkeys did not catch fire which was a relief to all!! Everyone enjoyed the bountiful Thanksgiving feast in the rustic red barn - a Fagan family tradition. Also pictured is the 1941 Ford Woody that Jim finished restoring learlier this year!
Lou is now the primary second level Facilitator for LeadLife in Mexico where people there are passionate about taking their life on and get to meet our Divine Ms. Lou. As a result of, we will be bringing professional coach training to their community in Mexico City starting in January and we have 3 fabulous bi-lingual coaches from SPT to work with us in supporting these excited coaching students.
Lou continues to find ways to expand her wardrobe by losing her luggage in Singapore and just recently in Houston - somebody got some great stuff!
Ginny continues to bowl and roll in the world of SPT. As accomplished bowlers, she and her husband are on the lanes each Thursday evening. Then the "rolling" continues as she gets home in time to step on and navigate our frequent webinars! As our East Coast representation, she also rolls with working West Coast hours and it's not uncommon to receive emails that leave her office in the wee hours of the morning.
Anyone who has ever received a text from Barbara, especially when she is traveling, knows that her text typing skills can be very challenging to decipher. This year, Ginny gets the trophy for deciphering the following text while they were at Certified Relationship Coach training in Tempe in September:
Original Text: "Cam I pls being me a beery creek toilet to trng em. Thx"
Decipher: "Can you please bring me a Berry Creek Yogurt to the Training Room. Thanks"
As you can tell, amongst the fun and work times we have together, what really lights the SPT team up is being in service to you - our community - whether Lou is transforming lives around the world, Barbara and Ginny are collaborating on proposals and designing new programs or Kelly is helping leaders coast to coast reveal their authentic leader within, we are all clear on one thing - with clear purpose and vision - we can all make 2013 the most amazing year ever!
