STC Expands Consulting Team
Danny Wong joins our consulting team as a Senior Program Director located in Los Angeles, CA and will lead STC's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability practice. Prior to joining STC, Danny was the Senior Director, Corporate Sustainability for Avery Dennison. Danny set the vision and strategies for the sustainability program, embedding sustainability into all sectors of the business, brought lifecycle analysis into product design, and led the development of Avery Dennison's sustainability report. Danny previously served as Avery Dennison's health and safety director where he led efforts to reduce incident rates, managed the company H&S audit program, built the product compliance program, and developed a risk analysis process for product development.
Prior to working at Avery Dennison, he worked for the Atlantic Richfield company. Danny was ARCO's corporate advisor to the global oil & gas exploration and refining operations and the corporate remediation group. Danny implemented OSHA Hazwoper requirements, defined risk-based clean-up criteria for site remediation and restoration, and collaborated with IT and cross-divisional stakeholders to develop the company's first chemical hygiene and exposure assessment database.
