Fall is certainly in the air and it's time to start thinking about what your style is for your front porch, foyer or mantel or any room in your home. How will you decorate to celebrate during this lovely time of the year? It's one of the prettiest seasons and I love fall. Pumpkins, apples and gourds are showing up everywhere!
This week, during Thursdays Marketplace I thought I would share a yummy tasting Pumpkin Apple Struesel Cake recipe, some wonderful DIY pumpkins and fall decorations I found, while looking for ideas for my front porch and yard. Below you see a few pictures of what I love and hope many of you will too! It's a Sophisicated Soiree of nature's bounty, along with a few food items you probably never thought of using to decorate for fall!

It's Pumpkin time!! if you don't want to get messy and are looking for ways to create some really unique pumpkins, take a look at these, they are all so fun and different! Pumpkins with a twist, you can easily recreate, just click on the links for instructions. Most were found on the web in goggle images, I gave credit to those who had links, so have fun and enjoy spending time with the kids as you create your own Pumpkin masterpiece!

Monogram Pumpkins, braded pumpkins, crystal pumpkins and more, oh my! If I added every picture I found which I loved, this newsletter would be too long, so sharing just a few of my favorites!
 | | If you can't find a white pumpkin, use spray paint and just spray the color of your choice. Then add the monogram letter to it. You can download the alphabet of your choice. There is a free site called "FontSpace" where all downloads are free and it's safe to use as well! Just click on the picture to take you to FontSpace and choose which font you want to use for your classy pumpkin! |

I think this one is too die for! Love that black top hat, reminds me a chimney sweep guy that came by our house a few years back to clean our chimneys.
 | | This one is easy peasy, just use a pencil and write out "Ichabod's" name or any name or saying you choose, then go over it with a permanent magic marker in your choice of colors! Again, love this white pumpkin, gotta find one of those top hats! |

What would fall be without a Halloween Tap Dance! Don't you just love these stockings, my granddaughter thought they were the cutest, might be Mimi and grandkids project looming here...just too cute!
 | | Witches legs from a pair of pumpkins and are easy to create. There's complete instructions and a template you can use to create these, I would have them hanging out from underneath my porch, kinda like the Wizard of Oz, if my porch was open underneath, too fun! |

I think most of us love apples, pumpkins, pecans and caramel! If so, this is the perfect recipe to combine at least three of these favorite fall treasures, it's a Pumpkin Apple Struesel Cake. I am going to make this and top it with some heated caramel sauce or maybe some pumpkin spice flavored whipping cream!
