Douglas County Libraries Presents: Books, Bites and Brews
Call your babysitter now. Douglas County Libraries is inviting you to join us for Books, Bites and Brews on November 9th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cielo in Castle Pines. The event will feature tastes and demos from locally written cookbooks and local chefs, as well as beverage sampling from local breweries. Cookbooks will be on sale, courtesy of the Tattered Cover.
Tickets are $25 for general admission.
With a $30 ticket, you can choose between two sessions: a talk by author Amy Stewart (The Drunken Botanist) about "The Botany of the Margarita" or a beer and food pairing from Cicerone Sarah Johnson of Mandalay Bay.
