Guided Walking Tours of Historic Dover
Saturdays through September 13th, 10:30am
The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce will once again offer Guided Walking Tours of Historic Dover on Saturday mornings this summer. Tours begin at the Dover Chamber and will leisurely stroll through Dover's Historic Downtown. There will be numerous stops along the way where a guide will point out places of interest, offer historical perspective, and share stories and anecdotes about the people, places and events that have helped shape Dover. Reservations are recommend and can be made by calling (603) 742-2218.

Celebrate the fabulous restaurants Dover has to offer with Dover Main Street and Dover Dines '14! Participating restaurants will be offering a 3 course prix fixe dinner for $19.95 and many restaurants will also offer a $9.95 three course breakfast or lunch.

International Children's Festival in Somersworth
Friday, June 20th, 6:00pm to 10:00pm & Saturday, June 21st, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Head to Memorial Dive and the Somersworth High School for the annual International Children's Festival hosted by the Somersworth Festival Association. Events will include a performance by the Jumbo Circus Peanuts, amusements, food vendors, a fireworks show and more!

Rotary Gardens Re-Dedication Ceremony

NH Master Gardener Leslie Stevens will be at the Children's Museum of New Hampshire helping families learn how to plant and nurture an herb garden. This is a free workshop (with paid Museum admission) but reservations are requested to ensure that enough plant materials are available for all. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Hosting Every Step Matters 5K Walk
Sunday, September 28th, 10:00am
Join Wentworth-Douglass Hospital at the Every Step Matters 5K in support of their cancer patients. Once a diagnosis with little hope, today's patients with cancer are surviving treatment and moving on with their lives thanks to support and wellness services now available at the Seacoast Cancer Center. Funding is available for some of these programs but more is needed to support patients and their families. Patients are living with cancer everyday and the wish is for them to be well. Your participation will make this wish come true.
