LOTTIE ELLIS MATCH DAY
Lottie Ellis Match Day is coming, but we don't know when!

Once this challenge begins, 50 cents will be matched for every dollar donation made to one of the five Boyle County nonprofits participating in GoodGiving.

This means a $50 donation turns into $75, or a $100 gift becomes $150, and so on.

Stay tuned to our emails and our Facebook and Twitter pages - as soon as we know when this challenge starts, we'll let you know so that you can maximize your gift!

Match Sponsors
The Community Arts Center is fortunate to be supported by two match sponsors during the Challenge.

Greetings!

Week 3 of the GoodGiving Guide Challenge is coming to a close, and so far, more than $361,000 total donations have been given by 2,050 different people to Kentucky nonprofits. It's fantastic to see how many people are giving back to their communities!

As of this email, the Community Arts Center has raised $3,295 from 35 donors. We are currently in sixth place out of 17 arts and culture nonprofits, and I think in the coming weeks, we can move up the rankings! Have you given yet?

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, and for helping us spread the word by  and sharing our posts with your personal social media networks.

Development Director
David Farmer, past Artist in Residence

When the Community Arts Center first opened, I occupied a studio as the Artist in Residence. In that role, I had the unique opportunity to see the Arts Center grow and flourish. During the nearly 5 years of my residency, I developed a very rewarding relationship and acquaintance with hundreds of people--many who were visitors from out of the area.

It was an association made possible through the attraction and accessibility of the Arts Center, where a constant and varied series of art activities were offered. The numerous, innovative programs and events have always been structured to provide opportunity for involvement for people of different ages and interests. Moreover, the very creative and obvious enthusiasm of staff and volunteers is evident and establishes a welcoming ambiance for all who visit.

Speaking for myself and the many family members who benefit from the Arts Center, we consider the Community Arts Center to be a most positive and unique asset to the community.
