8th Annual Dining Under the Stars
The 8th Annual Dining Under the Stars season kicked off early May. Please consider staying open for this event that is drawing large crowds into Media from all over the region. Dining Under the Stars will happen every Wednesday from May through September from 5-11pm.

Inside Out with the Philadelphia Museum of Art
If you have not been able to see the famous artwork around our town, now is your final chance. The Philadelphia Museum of Art has brought pop-up outdoor art installations into Media and it will leaving in early August. Stay tuned to Media's Facebook page and Visit Media for the remaining Walking Art Tours and Interactive Kids Tours. If you have any feedback about the tour you would like to share, we would love to hear from you. Please email with your comments.
Bastille Day
The Media Business Authority presents the 9th Annual Bastille Day Celebration with live blues music by James Day and the Fish Fry. 2nd Saturday Community Street Party with art stations, Fair Trade Award Ceremony & Storming of the Bastille. See the Facebook event for the schedule for the evening. Le Village de Enfants is sponsored by Media Arts Council. The event is sponsored by La Belle Époque and Gretz Beer's Kronenbourg Blanc.
Annual Downtown Media Car Show
The 8th Annual Downtown Media Car Show is Sunday, July 12th. The event lasts from 10am-4pm with a rain date of Sunday, July 19th. Over 200 antique cars will line the streets of Media. Registration on the day of the event is only $15. This event is presented by the Delco Cruisers and the Media Business Authority with sponsors Riddle Hospital, WSFS, and Franklin Mint.
Media Farmers Market
In its 6th season, the Media Farmers Market opened on Thursday, May 14 and runs weekly through mid-November. The market is interested in highlighting local businesses. Please contact Addie Ciannella for more info at
Business Preservation & Welcoming Committee
The Business Preservation & Welcoming Committee, chaired by Janet Howarth, V.P. of WSFS, meets every first Tuesday at 8:30am at WSFS on 7 East Baltimore Ave. All Media business owners are welcome to attend. The committee is also actively looking for businesses' information regarding anniversaries, histories, etc. for publication in the Town Talk. All info can be sent to and will be followed up by a member of the committee. For any questions, call Gillian (610) 566-5039.
