Hot Pepper Cottage Chairs
Hi Kids,
This weekend is the LAST weekend for Kid's Club for the Spring/Summer season! It's also FATHER'S DAY! Dads are someone we look up to, no matter how tall we get. So for Father's Day at Kid's Club we're planting Hot Pepper Cottage Chairs! Dad can enjoy hot peppers all summer long in a pot that looks like an Adirondack chair!
We hope you can join us this weekend at Kids Club to complete our veggie gardens and celebrate Dads everywhere!
This Week's Activity

This weekend at Kid's Club we are planting Hot Pepper Cottage Chairs! We are planting an assortment of hot pepper seeds and then turning the pot into an Adirondack chair (or a cottage chair). 

Kid's Club runs this Saturday & Sunday from
10am - 4pm and is FREE for kids of all ages! 

Note: This is the LAST Kid's Club for the Spring/Summer season.
HOT Peppers

This weekend at Kid's Club we're planting a colourful mixture of seeds that include a number of hot peppers. The mix includes Anaheim, Cayenne, Jalapeno, Santa Fe Grande and Serrano Tampiqueno. The spicy mixture ranges in intensity from mild to red-hot! These hot pepper seeds will take about 7-14 days to sprout and should be planted 1/4" deep and 2" apart. We will plant them in well drained soil and you should put them in a sunny spot once you bring them home!
