Expert Tip of the Week
It's time to plant your cold crop vegetables!
Cold crop veggies are those that prefer the cooler weather of spring to the heat of summer. Jess features some cauliflower, but other cold crops include broccoli, radishes, arugula, lettuce, kale, Swiss chard, cabbage, celery, celeriac, onions and peas. These veggies are ready to go out into the garden right now...and they're all available at Canadale Nurseries!
Canadale Kids Club
We are continuing an exciting series in our Canadale Kids Club to help our children learn about growing their own food. Do your children know where the food on their plates comes from? Help them discover the joy of growing their own food by bringing them out this weekend.

Sunset Drive Construction Notice
for May 9-13
From May 9-13 Canadale will be OPEN during some minor construction at the Railway Crossing near Parkside High School.
To get to Canadale driving towards Port Stanley, go past the detour signs (yes the road is open!) and simply take the 2 minute detour right at the tracks via Lyndale Ave (right before the tracks) and loop around the corner to Canadale! There's no need to take the marked detour route which is much longer. If you're coming from Port Stanley, just drive straight through to Canadale.
We'll be waiting for you!
We appreciate your patience and continued support during this week!
