To expand love for other people, try this. The next time you feel angry or criticize or judge yourself or someone else, stop and ask yourself if you are in a feeling state of love. If you are not in a feeling state of love, bring yourself back to the energy of love, by breathing slowly and deeply, meditating, playing soft music or praying.

Expanding love in your heart also includes developing a forgiving nature and living in the deep abiding peace that comes from unconditional love. Each day is an opportunity to feel God's love in your heart and to give it out to everyone you come in contact with - whether or not they act lovingly toward you. That's the key to unconditional love - giving love without asking for or expecting to receive anything in return. So we want to love others, regardless of how they behave towards us.

The angel's love, for example, transmutes anything that is not like love. If you are in contact with negative people, call on the angels to surround you with white light protection so the negativity of others cannot touch you.

Start your day with love. Upon waking in the morning say with all your heart:

"I give and receive love fully."

Be sure to make it part of your daily activities to give love and gratitude to God and the angels. Set aside time each day to acknowledge your celestial friends and their presence with you. Every morning send a gratitude message to your angels such as:

"Dear angels, I love you. Let's go about this day together bringing love, light and joy to the world. I am eternally grateful for your assistance. Amen."

Feel free to put this morning prayer into your own words and note that it can be the same or different every day. More important than the words you use is the feeling of love and faith that you have when you pray.

This week I invite you to do something loving toward someone who is not acting loving towards you. It may not be easy to do, but do it anyway.
