BTS Packet Pick-Up New
Mon., 8/1, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Tower Building
If you are in town on Monday, August 1st, feel free to stop by the Paly Tower Building from 9 am to 3 pm and pick up your Back-To-School Packet. Any packets left at the end of the day will be mailed home. All packet forms and donations should be returned on picture day or in the office once school begins. *Photo forms should be kept separate to hand to the photographers.*
Freshman Student Orientation Pizza Dinner Thurs, Aug 11, Quad Volunteers Needed; Especially for serving the dinner
The PTSA is helping to sponsor the freshman orientation, and helping with the dinner is a great way to get a glimpse of the classmates and their energy.
Staff Back to School Luncheon Volunteers Needed
Fri, Aug 12, Paly MACThis is a FUN way to welcome the Paly staff back to school. The staff really appreciate having a delicious and festive lunch while they make their final plans for our kids! Many shifts available. See the sign ups: We still have a need for no nut baked goods.

About the Paly Link

The Paly Link is a Paly PTSA publication, emailed on Sundays, except during school breaks and holidays. Changes will be highlighted as New/Updated/Corrected.
Deadline for submissions: noon on Saturday, the day before publication. Flyers must be submitted by noon on Thursday. Ideally items run for 2 weeks, and no more than 3 weeks. Please do not submit items earlier than 3 weeks before the event.
To submit an item, send to palylink@paloaltopta.org. See submission instructions here. Include a header or title line, then a line listing the date, time and location of the event. Follow with a brief (2-4 sentence) description of the activity, with the most important information first. List email, contact information and web links last. Items are published at the discretion of the editors.
