Do not spit out the baking soda but make sure it coats your teeth. Take a sip of apple cider vinegar. A brilliant fizziness will take place in your mouth that will bubble away plaque and tartar. Use regularly for best results.
Oil Pulling with Ozonated Olive Oil
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic technique to cleanse the mouth of harmful bacteria and to help rebuild damaged gums. Simply take a tablespoon of oil (sesame or coconut oil are traditional) into your mouth and swish around for five to twenty minutes. Do not swallow. Then spit it out. Ozonated olive oils has the added benefit of cleansing with ozone.
Place two dropper fulls of black walnut extract in a glass and add a tiny bit of water. Swish around in your mouth and then swallow it. You can rebuild the enamel in your teeth in a few short weeks. Do this three times a day for at least four weeks. You will be amazed at the results.
