Not all hydrogen peroxide is the same
The hydrogen peroxide found in most drug stores is usually a 3% pharmaceutical grade variety. This means it is generally used on skin wounds and never taken internally as there are many poisonous additives. Here are the varieties of hydrogen peroxide available.
3% Food Grade:Used to whiten teeth, take internally, enemas, baths
3% Pharmaceutical Grade: For external use and never to be taken internally 6% Beautician Grade: Used by stylist to bleach hair
30% Reagent Grade: Used in scientific experiments
32% Electronic Grade: Used to clean electronics
35% Technical Grade: A stronger form used in scientific experiments
35% Food Grade: Used internally in very small amounts to kill infections, eliminate autoimmune diseases, and fully oxygenate the body
90% Jet Fuel
Recipe for Healing (According to the One Minute Cure book) Drink 3 drops (not dropper fulls) of 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide in six to eight ounces of non-chlorinated water (preferably spring water) three times a day. Drink the solution one hour before meals and do not eat for at least two hours afterwards.

Hydrogen Peroxide Baths
There are many ways to introduce the healing powers of hydrogen peroxide into your body to begin to wash away deadly diseases and nagging pathogenic germs.
According to the book, The One Minute Cure, pour between one and eight pints of 3% (not 35%) hydrogen peroxide solution into a bath full of warm water and as you lie in the water the hydrogen peroxide solution will filter through your pores and will be absorbed deep inside.
