Pumpkins, persimmons and pomegranates are some of my favorite seasonal delights and each year I look for fun and original ways to use these tasty ingredients.  Hope you enjoy this assortment of  pumpkin-inspired sweet and savory recipes.  


As popular as Starbuck's Pumpkin Latte is every fall, check out the meme below to see how toxic this beverage really is  - AND there's no pumpkin in them, just spice!  My Perfect Pumpkin Latte makes a great alternative - and even the kids will enjoy.

What we love to recreate in the Raw Fusion kitchen are nutritious, delicious alternatives for our favorite comfort foods.


So I decided translate the concept  to a Pumpkin Swirl Mini Cheescake, part of my "Pumpkin Palooza" last fall.   


These freeze well and stay fresh for at least a month in a freezer bag  Just defrost slightly before serving.  So you can get started on your Thanksgiving and Holiday desserts!

paleo pumpkin   Raw Fusion "Paleo Pumpkin" Recipe for the Holidays

With so many people these days eating a gluten-free, grain-free or plant-strong diet these days, here is the ideal offering for your guests.  This can be your "main event", side dish, or alternative to turkey. 

Bake the pumpkin until nice and soft and fill with an herb-infused nut pate, which gently steams in the cooked pumpkin but remains essentially raw.
