Webinar: "Psychiatric Advance Directives - Concept to Practice: A Virginia Case Study" - Posted 3.23

Wednesday, March 25th from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

This online webinar will discuss how advance directives have evolved over the last several decades to become much more holistic tools that can contribute to wellness and recovery. The project has led to many lessons in how to implement advance directives, which bridge communication gaps, coordinate care across providers, and strengthen health care recipients' voices in their care.

Presenter: Heather Zelle, J.D., Ph.D., post-doctoral research associate at University of Virginia's Institute of Law, Psychiatry, and Public Policy.

Please note: Help writing your own Advance Directive will be offered at VOCAL's Annual Conference this May. Pre-registration is necessary (see full information above)
