VOCAL is pleased to welcome our new Executive Director, Bonnie Neighbour, effective July 18, 2013.
  
Some of you may know Bonnie through her outstanding work with VOCAL during the past seven years as Advocacy Coordinator and most recently as the Network Program Director.
