Vera is a licensed professional who works alongside traditional Western medicine

Her passion for education and health care allows for another perspective of your health and healing process.
 As a Preventative Health Care Consultant, she specializes in massage therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, bodywork, aromatherapy, esthetics, and food farmacy... she teaches her patients about healing with from the inside to create beauty on the outside with teas, herbal medicines, supplements and raw organic food.

Philosophy
Working together as a team, you are supported. Vera is accessible and available through visits here at Stonington Natural Health Center. She is also available through skype and her events and seminars. All here, all for you... to help you heal and keep you healthy. - Vera is a National Bodywork Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher, and offers Massage, Reflexology, and Private Yoga classes.
- She is trained in Quantum Biofeedback healing, a tool used to scan energy, validating medical intuition between the client and the practitioner.
 - Vera offers innovative therapeutic services including Chinese herbal counseling and nutritional evaluations
