If you have a few minutes to take a little break, I encourage you to watch one of my favorite mini-movie series which explains The Medicine Wheel, timely on Thanksgiving, a day where we celebrate the harvest.  The Native Americans gave important knowledge to the early settlers, the Pilgrims, so that they could have their first harvest, celebrated as the meal of Thanksgiving.  I look forward to hearing what you think of these movies, especially the part about looking inward for answers.  Enjoy!
