Dear Friends,
If February marks mid-winter, then spring is right around the corner. Though, with the 65+ degree weather we had this week, it's hard to know the difference. The real estate market doesn't seem to show much sign of hibernation, either. Business remains steady, and many out-of-town clients are already making plans for spring real estate visits.
For those of you out-of-towners: Thinking of planning a trip to Charleston this spring? Let me know, and I will make sure to set aside some time for us to do some real estate touring.
Sincerely,
Leize Gaillard
