For several Mission Computing applications, key requirements including high-performance processing of data from multiple inputs and superior graphics processing and display capabilities.
The Mission Computing platform concept features a compact cube size ideal for SWaP-C. The features include:
*VT899 -- 7U high Cube and 5" width, redundant cooling, up to 6 slots, AC or DC power
*AMC740 - Tilera processor, 72 core, quad 10GbE LC and dual RJ-45s. Ideal for packet filtering, video transcoding, etc.
*AMC104 - PCIe Gen3 Carrier (to x16). Any high-end video card (NVIDIA, other) can be inserted
*AMC726 - Intel Core i7 Haswell processor, PCIe
Optional modules:
Multi-TB SSD storage modules - SAS-3, SATA III, Advanced RAID

New A/D & D/A Converters Released
Several new ADCs and DACs have been
 introduced. This includes a 14-bit 5.7 GSPS DAC and 12-bit 4.0 GSPS ADC in the FMC format. The ADC is also available in a dual channel version ( FMC226). Several high end ADC and DAC products are in the queue in the AMC format. |
