DS|Manage360 v3.07 Update

What's New
  1. Added the ability to schedule work orders and route occurrences by dragging cards from the queue onto the Day view of the calendar.   
                
  2.  The following enhancements have been made to inline editing of Queue cards on the Scheduling page:
    • When the item is fully scheduled then the crew list and the calendar are updated so that the user can see the card on the calendar. 
    • The queue cards now are removed from the queue tabs if they no longer meet the tab's criteria (Unscheduled or Unassigned).
           
  3. The edit item dialogues on the Maintenance Estimate screen now display supplier information when the service is first added to the estimate.
          
  4. Fixed a bug which would prevent Maintenance Estimates from refreshing if estimate had a time and material service which is per visit in the Costbook.
         
  5. Billing name and address information will be displayed on the Maintenance Estimate list and detail pages when it is different than the account name and address. The billing contact will be displayed when it is different than the primary contact on the opportunity.
         
  6. On the maintenance proposal, the optional services section now aligns correctly regardless of what is being shown.
         
  7. Timesheet Report package has been updated to display the Estimated, To Date & Remaining Hours values correctly.
         
  8. Importing a DMX file from DS|Design into a Construction Estimate no longer fails if there is no default supplier.
          
  9. An option has been added to the default Construction and Maintenance proposals to display a phone number after the account address. It can be set to None, Account Phone, Primary Contact Home, Primary Contact Work, or Primary Contact Cell.
                    
  10. Similar to when saving a construction estimate, the Refresh General Conditions prompt will now appear when clicking "View Proposal" or "Reports" on the Actions menu.
                      
  11. Construction General Conditions that are Per Estimate in the Costbook will always be distributed based on work area price. Previously they would be distributed based on work area hours if the unit type was 'hours' or 'days'. Also, when a work area does not contain labor hours it will now receive Per Estimate General Conditions.
