DS|Manage360 v3.05 Update

What's New
  1. Maintenance Job Cost - Detail report will no longer show #Error in the Variance column if none of the Services in the job contain labor.
  2. Add/Edit General Conditions dialog on construction estimates will now take overridden profit margins into account when calculating the price.
  3. The Sales Performance Summary Report will now count won maintenance estimates correctly when the Job Management module is off.
  4. Information displayed on the Job Actuals tab of a job is based on the original markup amounts from when the estimate was won, rather than the current division settings.
  5. Manage360 will no longer allow usernames with spaces in the them.  Leading and trailing spaces will be automatically removed. Existing users will still be able to log in, however, their username will have to be updated the next time the employee record associated with them is modified. Leading and trailing spaces from password will also be removed automatically. 
  6. When a piece of Equipment is changed from being rented to owned, the Supplier that was selected is removed. This will allow the users to delete Suppliers that are not attached to any equipment.
  7. Added the ability to merge duplicate plant sizes to help in managing the Plant Size information. During the merge all the existing plants and services are updated to use the primary plant size.
  8. Process around editing user information has been changed to prevent the browser from auto updating user credentials without user interaction. 
  9. When using Milestone Billing on a construction estimate, sales tax amounts for individual payments are no longer editable.
  10. If Kits are changed after they have been added to the Maintenance Services Costbook, you may now refresh those Services to use the latest version of the Kits via a new Refresh Kit tool. The tool is available on the new "Services" tab on the Kit screen - available to Kits in Maintenance divisions only.
  11. Job Progress Report Enhancements:
    • Work Area Progress to Date percentages are displayed when tracking construction job progress by work area
    • Jobs with an Unassigned supervisor are now included in the report
    • Job Number is included with the job name
    • Report is sorted by Job name and work areas are sorted in the same order as the Current Contract
    • Progress to Date percentage rounding now matches the progress shown on the Job Billing tab
    • Added progress of Change Orders tracked by "Entire Change Order"
    • Only active jobs will be included when running the report for "All Jobs"
