DS|Manage360 Connection Issues
Some DS|Manage360 clients have reported problems using Google Chrome to connect to their DS|Manage360 sites. Microsoft has acknowledged that this as a known issue with a critical security patch that was applied to the DS|Manage360 server early this morning. Microsoft has advised that a temporary measure be applied to servers that are experiencing the known issue as an interim solution until a permanent fix is released. Unfortunately this temporary measure, as well as the permanent fix, will require additional downtime. We will do everything possible to keep the disruption to your business to a minimum while continuing to keep the DS|Manage360 server secure.

In the meantime, if you are currently having problems logging into your site using Chrome, please use Internet Explorer if possible.

We will be applying this temporary measure to the DS|Manage360 servers tomorrow morning. This will mean that your DS|Manage360 will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes beginning at 5:00 AM EST on Wednesday November 19, 2014.
