DS|Manage360 v2.57 Update

What's New
Included in this update: 
  1. Job Log notes added to Job Log/Timesheet Tab on Job screen.

  2. Timesheet overlap issue fixed - example: if a crew member has hours on a job log, leaves the job site to go on a service call (work order), and then returns to the job site, the crew member will no longer exceed the expected duration on the job.

  3. Invoice Summary Report: This report shows data based on a start and end date. Any jobs that have invoices that fall within the specified date range are added to the report. This report is grouped by Division, Accounts, Job for your convenience. Data is broken into Invoice #, Date, Balance TBI (To Be Invoiced), Pending, Paid, Approved, & Posted. A roll up of all totals is performed for each job & account. Posted column is only visible to users that have Accounting Integration module turned on.

  4. Searching from the Add Items screen no longer times out.

  5. Job Cost Detail and Job Profitability Reports: now shows Estimates even if they don't have designer and/or estimator assigned to them. 

  6. Creating new invoices from the Billing tab of a Job no longer produces the error "The 'fltInvoice' parameter is missing a value". The invoice is also presented as a PDF rather than HTML in a popup. 

  7. Choose an Estimate > Actions > Reports -- New Report button now visible for any Security Role that has access to View/Edit Reports.

  8. Employee Hours Report: has been updated to include work orders and non billable work types. The report also offers the ability to group by billable status. An option to filter the results based on work order status has been added. The drop down list of jobs now contains Jobs, Work Orders and Non Billable work types.
