What's New
Included in this update:

Jobs - Improvement

For the Job > Contracts tab, the applicable sales tax is now displayed when viewing Current or Original Contract. As well, when viewing the original estimate (via the link in Job Info) the values will now match those on the job instead of recalculating based on current values.

 

Billing - Improvements

For the Billing > To Be Invoiced tab:

  • The columns "Job/Change Order" and "Item" have been consolidated into a column with the heading "Billable Item". For Jobs, this column displays the job name and job number. For Changes Orders, this column now includes the Change Order number.
  • There is now an "Account" column which displays the account's billing name with a link as well as the account address.
  • The values in the "Billable Amount" column are now highlighted bold.

New Opportunities - Resolution

When creating a new opportunity from an Account with a long name, the first 40 characters will be used as the default name for the new opportunity.

 

Opportunity List - Resolution

From the Opportunity list, searching for names with a single quote now works without error.

 

Timesheets - Resolution

After changing the crew on a Timesheet, the start and end times will now be displayed correctly based on your time zone.

 

Change Orders - Correction

When approving Change Orders, the changes will always be limited to the current contract's job. Any existing data that had been affected by this issue has been corrected. [Previously released in a hotfix]

We're working on a module that will quickly and easily handle Work Orders for time and material based non-contract jobs, small ad-hoc jobs, and work for which no estimate is required.
