Preparing for Proposed Regulatory Changes for Veterans & Individuals with Disabilities
It's been a while since the proposed revisions to the Veterans (4212) and Individuals with Disabilities (503) regulations were released to the public. However, nobody should be under the misguided belief that these (either one or both) won't happen. The question isn't if, but when. In fact, ask anyone who has been in an audit recently and they will tell you that the OFCCP is enforcing as if much of these regulations were already in place. That said, what exactly are the proposed changes and what can employers do now in anticipation? Dr. Patrick M. Nooren will recap for attendees the changes proposed in the new regulations, and what employers should be doing now to prepare for the most substantive changes to contractor AAPs in decades.
