The release of Directive 307 rescinding 2006 Compensation Standards and Voluntary Guidelines has created a lot of ambiguity.  Due to various factors which will be covered in this briefing, much of this uncertainty should be cleared up within the first year or so, but until then, we'll all have to take extra care.  We'll discuss the meaning of Directive 307, what it means to you in the long run, and how to best protect yourself in the short term.
