OFCCP will lead an interactive discussion to educate the audience on using third party resources to post vacant positions in a manner that complies with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Adjustment Assistance Act of 1974 and the Jobs for Veterans' Act of 2002.
Emphasis will be placed on record keeping in accordance with 41 CFR 60-1.12, contract clauses/EEO clause in accordance with 41 CFR 60-1.4(a); 41 CFR 60-250.5; 41 CFR 60-300.5; 41 CFR 60-741.5), the mandatory job listing requirement in accordance with 41 CFR 60-250.5(a)2; 41 CFR 60-300.5(a)2), and third party representation and involvement during OFCCP compliance evaluations.

Cheryl is responsible for conducting compliance evaluations and complaint investigations of government contractors located in the State of Arizona and Southern Nevada.
Prior to joining OFCCP in January 2006, Cheryl worked for the U.S. Department of the Army as a Management Analyst for the Manpower and Force Analysis Office at Fort Richardson, Alaska. Cheryl has over twenty years of Government service. |

Tim is responsible for conducting compliance evaluations and complaint investigations of government contractors located in the state of Arizona and southern Nevada.
He joined OFCCP after 13 years with Alaska Airlines where he was a member of the Quality Assurance and Training team and helped develop and implement an effective quality assurance program before becoming a Fraud Analyst. He also served for six years in the U.S. Air Force as a member of Security Forces.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix. |
