"Ethics Compliance and DOL SOX Enforcement Trends"
Workplace ethics and compliance pose great challenges for today's executives who must be able to articulate and model their organization's values and acceptable standards at the highest level while attending to the ever-increasing expectations of current and prospective stakeholders. This program will explore the complex web of compliance laws and obligations facing the modern organization, including an analysis of recent DOL SOX enforcement trends, penalties and "bounties." Tools are provided for resolving ethical dilemmas; required practices are identified to help implement oversight and procedures that can help avoid code violations, as well as minimize liability exposure; and practical dilemmas lurking within everyday dynamics are examined to ensure a uniform standard of best practice.
