The presentation will address employers' obligations to provide accommodations for qualified disabled individuals under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and OFCCP requirements both during the application process and in the workplace.  Our presenters will discuss the EEOC's recent enforcement efforts regarding employer attendance and leave policies found to be in violation of the  ADA, as well as suggestions for handling some of the challenges with addressing accommodation requests in the workplace.
