Business Development Team!!
Susan Wall
Susan is a highly motivated team player with solid leadership skills and a proven track record of successes in high volume operations featuring experience in operations management, human resources and project planning and execution.
Susan is an HR and Business Development Specialist with Temporary Measures and
Access Careers. Her business and customer service experience has led her to liaise with key accounts and work with our clients to develop HR plans and strategies to assist in managing their temporary and permanent staffing needs.
Susan graduated at the top of her class from Sheridan College with high honours with an advanced diploma in Human Resources. While at Sheridan Susan was Chair of the Sheridan Human Resources Interscholastic Committee and won a number of awards for academics and leadership including the Sheridan School of Business Leadership Award and the HRPAH Award for Academics and Leadership.
Prior to becoming a member of the Human Resources team at Temporary Measures and Access Careers, Susan has represented various industry leaders within the Hospitality, Entertainment and Tourism sector. Her experience includes Project Coordinator of the CN Tower 26 Million dollar base expansion project, Event Coordinator for Magnotta Winery Corporation, Executive Assistant to the Head Coach of the Toronto Argonauts, Special Projects for the Edmonton Eskimos and General Manager of Wayne Gretzky's Restaurant. Throughout Susan's career she has provided various HR services including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, HR planning, employee relations, payroll, benefits, immigration, onboarding and has led health and safety initiatives.
Susan is actively involved with numerous organizations and charities including the Michael Clemons community initiatives, the Big Kiss Fund, Mentoring Youth in New Directions, Changing Kids and The Dave Stewart Foundation for Underprivileged Children.
Susan is a member of the HRPA and is actively pursuing her CHRP.

Sheila Hagendorn
Sheila has recently graduated from Sheridan College with honors from the Business Administration - Human Resources program. As part of her program at Sheridan she spent time as a co-op student with us at Access Careers gaining valuable experience.
She has demonstrated a determined and resourceful nature in pursuing her choice to become a Human Resources professional. Sheila's education and past experience in a number of industries has given her the tools and confidence to pursue this new and rewarding career. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in a number of areas including Employment Law, Labour Relation and Health and Safety. She is confident in her ability to provide effective and timely support to all levels of the business. Sheila has a calm easy going nature that promotes open communication and the ability to work with all stakeholders to find the best possible outcome for all levels.
While attending Sheridan College Sheila was an active participant with the Human Resources Interscholastic Committee. Their focus is to raise awareness of the Human Resources program through various fund raising events for charities such as the Ontario Breast Cancer Foundation and the Red Cross disaster relief fund. Sheila has also been active in providing support to the 557 Lorne Scots Royal Canadian Army Cadet programs in Brampton.
Sheila will be working in our Vaughan office as an integral part of our Recruitment & Staffing team providing strategic Recruitment & HR solutions for our clients. Sheila will also be handling new business development for the Brampton and Mississauga office. We are excited to have Sheila back as part of the team here at Access

Terri Ford
Terri Ford originally joined Access Career Solutions Inc. in 2002 as a Recruitment Specialist. Terri has just returned after staying home for a few years raising her family and teaching skating in Mississauga. She brings with her a w
ealth of recruitment knowledge - her forte has always been knowing that right corporate fit.
We are excited to have Terri heading up our new Milton/Halton division - leading business development in the area as well as providing strategic recruitment & HR solutions for our clients. Terri is looking forward to returning to the staffing industry and reconnecting with all of you that she has worked with in the past.
