Youth Sunday
This Sunday, May 10, during the 9:00 am Cathedral service many of our high school seniors will speak in place of the sermon. Please join us in celebrating their presence in our parish.

Theology Through Film Group
Join Theology Through Film for snacks, a movie and lively discussion at 6pm on Tuesday. This week's movie is Beckett. This classic featuring Sirs Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole and John Gielgud tells the true story of the complicated friendship between King Henry II and his Archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas a' Becket. It explores age-old questions about separation of church and state. Connie Britt will lead the discussion. Read more.

Ascension Feast
Ascension is one of the great feasts of the church year, yet is often woefully under-celebrated. Join us on Wednesday, May 13, the Eve of the Ascension, at 5:30 pm for a festive Solemn Eucharist in the Cathedral, followed by a parish barbeque feast on the Cathedral Lawn.

Honoring Roger Hutchison
We will honor Canon Roger Hutchison at a Sunday reception on May 17 at 10:15 am. Special offerings are now being received for Roger to thank him for his many years of service to Trinity, and to assist in his transition to his new position in Houston. Checks can be made out to Trinity Cathedral, with "Roger Hutchison" written on the memo line.

Summer Worship Schedule Change
On Sunday, May 24, Trinity will move to our summer service schedule. Cathedral services will take place at 7:45 am and 10 am. Keenan Chapel services will take place at 11:30 am and 6 pm.

United Thank Offering
The United Thank Offering (UTO) Spring Ingathering will be held on Sunday, May 17. Envelopes and "Blue Boxes" will be available in the Welcome Center and in the Daughters Room before May 17, as well as in the pews on May 17. Read more.

Bishop Temple Meeting
The Bishop Temple Chapter of the DHC will meet on May 19 at 10 am in the home of Anne Foster at 711 Elizabeth Ave. Nela Edgar will be the speaker and will talk about the history of women's service and the changing roles of Trinity women. Please join us and don't forget to bring non-perishable food items for Harvest Hope. Read more.
