star 5th Graders Wednesday Night Schedule

All students who just completed 5th grade are invited to meet at Pastor Mark's house with the Middle School students for devos, snacks and games. Students will meet at 4005 N Monroe from 6:30 - 8:30. Bring $2 to cover the cost of snacks.
star New Kids Church/Sunday School
Our new Kid's Church/Sunday School schedule has started!! Parents, drop off your children in the Theatre as usual. Children will be picked up in their Sunday School room at the conclusion of each service (check-out receipt will still be needed). If your child attends both services, you can pick them up after the 2nd service in Kids Club - just follow the signs!

The Children's Ministry is looking for new or gently used Board Games, Card Games, Craft Supplies, Legos, Bean Bags, or Kid Devotionals to use in our learning centers. If you have any of these, or like items, and would be willing to donate them please bring them to the designated container in the South Foyer.

4th of July All Church Picnic
7:00 - 10:00 pm
East Entrance
Make plans now to join us outside the East Entrance with family activities that include inflatables, water games, and more. Kids are welcome to wear their swimsuits for the water inflatables (don't forget a towel). Bring your favorite side dish, lawn chairs and neighbors to join us for an evening of fun & fellowship! Hot dogs, drinks and table service provided. 
Volunteers are needed. If you would be willing to help in the kitchen please email the church office or call 620.662.1283. Please contact Pastor Mark or Kristi Brinar if you would be available to help work games, serve food or set up/clean up.

Open enrollment has begun for the 2016-17 Christ's Care Preschool school year. Openings are now available for all sessions.
star Monday/Wednesday/Friday Morning Sessions for 4/5 year olds meet from 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Cost is $100 per month. Due upon enrollment is the first month's tuition and $50 enrollment fee, both nonrefundable.

Open Door Care Center
Baby Bottle Fundraiser
Change for Life
There is still a small window of time to pick up a baby bottle to fill with change, cash or a check. Bottles are available at the South Welcome Center. All bottles should be returned back to the church by this coming Sunday, June 19th. All funds collected will help support mothers and babies through the work of Open Door Pregnancy Care Center. Thank you for your kind and generous giving!

Gathering Location: HFN ... we'll be heading to a private lake at 43rd & Wilson shortly after 6:30. We'll be back at the church by 8:30.
Drop-off Time: 6:30 pm
Pick-up Time: 8:30 pm
Food: Ice Cream & Watermelon
Dress: Casual or swim attire
***Students are welcome to bring fishing poles/gear.

High School Mission Trip
July 17th - 23rd
Sign up at the East Foyer
Departing Sunday, July 17th
Location: Albuquerque, NM.
Lodging at the Sandia Church of the Nazarene.
Cost: $350 per person, including transportation, lodging, project funds, fun day activity (white water rafting), t-shirt, devotional book, and all regular meals. The only additional money that will be needed is money for snacks or souvenirs. 
Attending students will need an HFN 2016-2017 Waiver on file and a completed Kokopelli Rafting Waiver.  Click Informational Form for trip schedule.
Returning home on Saturday, July 23rd.
While graduating seniors are eligible to go on the trip, 8th graders who will be entering the 9th grade this fall are not eligible.

Middle School Wednesday Schedule
6:30 - 8:30 at Pastor Mark's
star All Middle School students who have completed 6th and 7th grade will be meeting each Wednesday evening at Pastor Mark's, 4005 N Monroe, for Hang Out with the Halls. Please bring $2 to cover the cost of snacks. We will have devos, food and games.
star Those who have completed 8th grade will be joining the High School group for Wednesday nights over the summer.

Middle School Monday this coming Monday, June 20th, will be at Salt City Splash in Carey Park, from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. Cost: $4 
Schlitterbahn Water Park Outing
Wednesday, July 13th
star All current middle schoolers (those who have completed 6th-8th grade) are invited to Schlitterbahn on July 13th. The cost is $40, which covers your ticket and transportation. Please bring a bag lunch and money for dinner. We will depart from the church at 6:30 am and return around 10 pm. Deadline to sign up is Monday, June 27th.
