Please Pray For:

the children of missionaries who are wrapping up their school year and traveling to be with their parents on the mission field for the summer.

students from Nazarene colleges who are ministering around the world this summer in short-term mission projects. Pray for each of the teams that have deployed, those already serving, and those preparing to depart for their place of ministry.

the men and women around the world who serve God and their country in military service.

"Suffering, failure, loneliness, sorrow, discouragement, and death will be part of your journey, but the Kingdom of God will conquer all these horrors. No evil can resist grace forever." -- Brennan Manning

star Membership is an important step in the life of any follower of Christ. Membership is when you decide not to just "join" a church but to "partner" with them in what they are doing in the world. Membership allows us to have a say in the direction of the church by allowing you to vote during general elections and upcoming decisions that require a vote to be conducted. Membership also says you voluntarily hold yourself to a greater level of commitment in a local body of believers.
star Our next Membership Class will be held on Sunday, June 5th, from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in the Theatre (just inside the South Entrance). We will cover what a church is, what the Nazarene Church stands for, what Hutchinson Nazarene stands for, and what we expect of our members.
star Indicate Church Membership on the Connection Card in the worship folder, or email the church office at firstchurch@hutchfirstnaz.org if you are interested in attending.
star Coming to the Membership Class does not mean you are required to join the church, it is open for anyone who is curious about what it means to be a member of our church.
