Alabaster100million
Alabaster Offering
Sunday, September 27th
star The Story of Alabaster
In Matthew 26:6-13, is the story of a woman anointing Jesus' head with precious oil. He said of her gift, "I tell you the truth, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her." This is the scriptural basis for a ministry that has resulted in more than 7,500 Nazarene building projects globally. Just as the woman in scripture gave up something costly for her Lord, Nazarenes do without things they want but do not need. They then donate the items' cost equivalent to purchase mission buildings and land. Each year, Nazarenes express their gratitude to God by pouring out their Alabaster love gifts like the woman in the scripture passage. Pray for those people who live, learn, grow spiritually, and receive an education through your generous Alabaster giving.
star We will be receiving our Alabaster Offering during both morning services on Sunday, September 27th. Designated chests will be placed at the Welcome Center in the South Foyer and Garden Foyer. You may place your gifts in either of the chests or drop them in the offering during morning worship. Please be sure to designate "Alabaster" on your check or giving envelope.
