Honoring Fathers
For Father's Day this year, the Fellowship & Outreach Committee will be donating $250 to the Open Door Pregnancy Center in honor of all the Men/Father's in our congregation. Did you realize that Open Door offers services for men as well as women? Open Door Men's Ministry seeks to provide men with the resources and support they need to be great fathers who love and equip their own children. Open Door believes that in order to make a lasting impact in a family or community the men need to be on board. We spend time mentoring men who are expecting children or already have children, giving them tools to use in their homes and lives. From teaching life skills like budgeting to discussing discipline or boundaries with children Open Door is a place for dads to learn and grow in their relationships, personal life, and faith. For more information about services for men at Open Door Pregnancy Care Center click here.
