Spring has Sprung in Calistoga!
Everything evolves, sometimes fast sometimes slow. Those of you still using a flip phone, and you know who you are, may come to own a new "smart" phone. Each year we are blessed by witnessing the vineyards evolve. From bud break, fruit set, summer vigor and harvest the vines evolve providing better fruit year over year.
The Calistoga Spa Hot Springs continues to evolve. We have a cherished history here in Calistoga serving our guests and supporting the local community, charitable organizations and service clubs. Over the past two years we have remodeled our guest rooms, mineral pools, patios and landscaping to provide a fresh and welcoming environment for both current and future guests. It thrills us to be able to see families grow and return at the same time each year to enjoy all that Calistoga offers.
As you read through the Spring newsletter you will learn about some new faces that have joined our team as well as some exciting new restaurants and events occurring in the Napa Valley. We look forward to seeing you again throughout 2014.
Sincerely,
Michael Lennon

Restaurant Openings
In the second half of 2013 the Calistoga Inn reopened after a fire forced this longtime restaurant and brew house to close. Proprietors Rosie and Michael Dunsford were able to open prior to the busy holiday season. To read more about the Calistoga Inn and the Dunsford's click here.
Welcome to the neighborhood Stan Spavold and Jennifer Tisa proprietors of 1226 Washington located next to City Hall in the space the Wappo Grill once occupied. Chef Cathy Harbour leads the culinary team to create a seasonally ingredient driven and world inspired menu.
