Wages see strong increase

Pittsburgh's first quarter average weekly wages rose 4.2 percent over the first quarter of 2013. The increase placed the region fourth highest in wage increase among the 15 benchmark regions. To compare Pittsburgh with the other regions and see the region's actual weekly wage, click here.
