THE LEGEND re opens again!

| Grand Re-Opening of The Legal Tender |
LT Volunteers and Kitchen Crew did an AMAZING job last week! It wasn't easy getting EVERYTHING stocked and ready to re open ONLY one week after the injunction order from Judge Raymond Ortiz! But we did it! Even having to order NEW grates for the grill and having them shipped overnight so Alex could grill all those fabulous burgers and steaks on opening day!.
WHAT happen
ED to the grates?
More important, WHO is Alex? ... Alex is the lead line cook! He started last year as a volunteer and moved right up the kitchen crew line! Lamy John is back in the kitchen cooking... where he started volunteering more than 2 years ago! This is the A Team! Ask anyone who came out for dinner last week!
A customer asked to buy a jar of LT baked beans.
HEY EVERYBODY!!! Cindy Lu made the beans!!
Just saying...
It isn't over yet! The temporary injunction allows LT to resume operations as per the original agreement with The Lamy Railroad & History Museum.
ALL this goes to trial sometime in the Fall when Chief Judge Raymond Z. Ortiz has time to hear the case. How
looney is this going to be the next few months? Cindy Lu hopes not
looney at all! For now, we need your continued support to SAVE THE LEGAL TENDER!
DON'T SURRENDER THE LEGAL!
HELP fill the (w)hole from re-opening and operating expenses! Let alone the $$ that IS & WILL be needed for legal expenses when we to go to trial! Until Volunteers can plan fundraisers, please, everyone donate what you can! Just $10 from EVERYONE that gets the newsletter, would help out a (w)hole lot!!
Donation jar is in the bar area!
Come on EVERYBODY... Cindy Lu hasn't used the "F"
word in a while! FUNDRAISING!
2 Step'n Thursdays carried on with Connie Long and Robert McCormick. Carol stepped in with dance lessons and will continue to do so with Linda!
