Legal Tender re-opening plan is in action! LT Volunteers are moving back into the restaurant! Refrigeration and freezers turned on! It will take a few days to bring all units up to temp. Hot water heater turned on! Lots of ordering needs to be done! Johnny's was at NM Alcohol & Gaming paying for the beer & wine license renewal on Friday... late fees OUCH! The beer order is in at Santa Fe Brewing Company and La Cumbre Brewery!
