Cal South State Referee Symposium to be held at Soccer Nation Expo 2013, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.  The Cal South State Referee Committee will host referee meetings throughout the day on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Soccer Nation Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Herb Silva, U.S. Soccer Federation's Director of Referee Identification and Training and the Platinum Program, will be one of the speakers at the symposium, as well as Paul Rejer, Training and Development Manager from the Professional Referee Organization (PRO). All of our speakers will have interesting and informative presentations that should benefit all referees attending this symposium. These meetings are FREE and open to any referee from any organization that wishes to attend. Referees attending this symposium will receive credit for their in-service yearly training requirements.
