A housekeeping note:
A growing number of you are using tablet devices (iPads, Android, etc) and in some cases phones, when attending the webinars.
We would prefer, whenever possible, that you use computers or laptops to attend the sessions and NOT tablet devices; certainly not phones which have next to zero functionality.
At this point, tablets do not:
- Let you submit answers to poll questions
- Raise your hand when we ask questions
- Are greatly limited in functionality
- Provide incorrect data for reports to Cal South
Additionally, tablet devices have created a whole other level of support phone calls for Janis. We cannot do phone support for tablets.
If you do choose to use a tablet anyway, please make sure you go to the App store and download the GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting App for your device, rather than accessing through a website.
Te use of the App helps in some aspects with your viewing of the session.
