Life Between Lives Regression or Past Life Regression Sessions?

Listen.
"The literal meaning of words is unidimensional...the energy of the speaker of the words is multidimensional.
Listen with your heart instead of your mind, and you will sense all of what is being said...and less opportunity to ever feel like a victim."

10 Houseplants That Clean the Air

Indoor air often contains formaldehyde from carpets and adhesives, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from paints, petrochemicals from fragrances, and a laundry list of chemicals from fabric softeners.

While it's always important to let some fresh air in, research by NASA found that many houseplants are capable of reducing harmful toxins in the air, such as: benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene (TCE), toluene, and more.

Benzene is a cancer-causing agent found in many glues, solvents, paints, and art supplies. Formaldehyde is a cancer-causing agent that off-gases from furniture and carpets.

Trichloroethylene is a solvent used with metal parts, dry cleaning, paints and paint remover. Toluene is found in nail polish and nail polish remover as well as foam.

Here are some of the best air-purifying houseplants and the toxins they are most effective at reducing:

1. Bamboo Palm
-benzene, formaldehyde, trichloroethylene (TCE)
2. Chrysanthemums or mums
-benzene, formaldehyde, TCE (the most effective plant against TCE according  to NASA)
3. Common Ivy or English Ivy
-benzene, formaldehyde, TCE, toluene, octane, terpene (the most effective plant against benzene, according to NASA)
4. Ficus tree or Weeping fig
-benzene, formaldehyde, TCE, octane, terpene
5. Mass cane
-benzene, formaldehyde, TCE (the most effective plant against formaldehyde, according to NASA)
6. Peace lily
-benzene, formaldehyde, TCE (Avoid lilies if you have cats - they can be toxic)
7. Purple heart
-benzene, TCE, toluene, terpene
8. Red Ivy
-benzene, TCE, toluene, octane, terpene
9. Spider plant
-formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide
10. Wax plant
-benzene, TCE, toluene, octane, terpene

September

September is a wonderful month...it's a month of new beginnings - of starting over.  Back to school.  Back to  business - yes, business has a way of slowing down over the summertime - and it's the Jewish New Year - another way of renewal and new beginnings.

So what's new from my end...?
  • Red Wheel Weiser, publisher of my new book RETURN AGAIN, will be releasing the book October 1.  This book is about the Interlife and Past Lives - and the preview comments have been terrific ( she says humbly!).  Check the website
     www.georginacannon.com for more information.
  • I'll be opening a new office to see clients around relationship issues - my Third Circle protocol - which has been creating and mending relationships for the past seven years or so... more to come on that too!
  • Teaching again! Courses on facilitating the Interlife and also Spirit and Energy releasement.
  • University of Toronto classes starting this month on self-hypnosis, hypnosis basics and advanced techniques seems to be attracting students from the social work and counselling professions - it's usually a fun group because everyone has been working for a while seeing clients, but they're wowed (if that's a word) by the speedy power of hypnosis and the changes it can make.
Enough about me -- what about you?  What new beginnings are happening for you - starting September.  Remember I'm here to help sort things through with coaching, counselling or regression hypnosis if needed.

Whatever you're starting, today or tomorrow, do it to the best of your ability. As if it was all that mattered; as if it was all you had; and as if your very happiness depends upon it. Because it does.  Your integrity at every moment with what you are doing, is beyond your signature - it is your blueprint in the making....your karma.

I'd love to hear about your new beginnings!   [email protected]

The Four Agreements

THE FOUR AGREEMENTS
by Don Miguel Ruiz

Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean.
Avoid using the word to speak against yourself
or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love

Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you.  What others say and
do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream.
When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you
really want.  Communicate with others as clearly as you
can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With
just this one agreement you can completely transform your life.

Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstances, simply do your best, an you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse and regret.

Does Contemporary Neuroscience Support or Challenge the Reality of Free Will?

By Eddy Nahmias

"
All the world's a stage, and all the men and women
merely players.
" - Shakespeare.

Humans love stories.  We tell each other the stories of our lives, in which we are not merely players reading a script but also the authors.  As authors we make choices that influence the plot and the other players on the stage.  Free will can be understood as our capacities both to make choices-to write our own stories-and to carry them out on the world's stage-to control our actions in light of our choices.

What would it mean to
lack free will?  It might mean we are merely puppets, our strings pulled by forces beyond our awareness and beyond our control.  It might mean we are players who merely act out a script we do not author.  Or perhaps we think we make up our stories, but in fact we do so only after we've already acted them out.  The central image in each case is that we merely observe what happens, rather than making a difference to what happens.

How might neuroscience fit into the story I am telling?  Most scientists who discuss free will say the story has an unhappy ending-that neuroscience shows free will to be an illusion.  I call these scientists "willusionists."
